Privacy policy

In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. Version of 4 November 2026, compliant with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Controller

DealPME, a brand operated by Wealth Broker Management SA, Rue Robert-Céard 6, 1204 Genève. Contact: contact@dealpme.ch.

Data processed

  • Account: email address, password (encrypted), name, company and UID number (if verified), optional telephone number, profile, language.
  • Listings: characteristics of the company, UID number and company name (not published), uploaded documents (private), declared final sale price.
  • Searches: search criteria (published without name or contact details).
  • Client requests: need, canton, name, email, telephone. They are forwarded to no more than three service providers; the contact details are only disclosed to the service provider that accepts the request.
  • Directory: name, location and services of service providers, taken in particular from the public FINMA list.
  • Messages exchanged, purchase confirmations, alerts, favourites, fees.

Purposes

Providing the marketplace: publication and review of listings, alerts, messaging, invoicing of success fees, security of the service. No data is sold. No advertising profiling.

Public profile

On a listing, DealPME displays the seller's first name and the initial of their surname (or the name of their company if it is verified), their registration date, and the number of listings and sales. No contact details are published.

Recipients and processors

Supabase (database and authentication, Europe region), Netlify (hosting), Resend (sending of emails). The UID register of the Federal Statistical Office is queried with the UID number entered.

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Invoicing data is kept for 10 years (art. 958f CO). Emails sent are logged for 60 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, and deactivate email alerts at any time in your account. Write to contact@dealpme.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies

DealPME does not use any advertising cookies. The browser only stores your session, your language and your search filters.
